| This is underwritten by Europ Assistance Holdings Ltd which is a member of the General Insurance Standards Council and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The Policy is effected in England and is subject to the laws of England and Wales
|
| The full terms, conditions and exclusions are incorporated in the Policy document, which alone constitutes the contract of insurance between the Insured Person and the Insurers. We will be pleased to provide a copy of the Policy to enable you to ensure that it meets your requirements
|
| The Policy contains restrictions regarding pre-existing Medical Conditions which unless declared and accepted by the Insurers in writing prior to travel may invalidate any subsequent claim. | GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS |
| The Policy document provides full details of the cover as well as general exclusions and the conditions you must satisfy to be fully protected

| COOLING OFF PERIOD |
| Should you decide that the Policy does not meet your requirements and you return it within 14 days then the Policy will be annulled and you will receive a full refund
|
| SPORTING ACTIVITIES |
| Cover includes your occasional participation in the activity including: jet skiing, sail boarding, golf, scuba diving to 30m, surfing, water skiing, windsurfing, hot air ballooning, horse riding, cycling (others please enquire)

| A copy of the Policy document will be issued to you. Notice that insurance is in effect will be shown on your confirmation of booking form provided that the appropriate premium is paid with your deposit

| Premiums quoted are for adults up to 65 years based on worldwide cover (excluding USA, Canada and Caribbean). Please enquire for policies up to age 80

| ANNUAL MULTI-TRIP WORLDWIDE |
| Premiums for annual travel insurance cover are £140 per person; £195 for a couple and £230 for a family (2 adults and unlimited number of dependent children under age 18)

| Premiums are inclusive of 17.5% Insurance Premium Tax and subject to change on any amendment to that tax or its rate
